Export Kerio to Office 365 Server

Steps to export Kerio database as Office 365 Server :

  • Choose Office 365 option from the Select Saving Option list.

  • Enter your Office 365 Server details where you want to export Kerio files

  • The software provides "I am Admin" option to import unlimited Kerio user profiles to respective user profiles of Office 365 admin account. Tick this option if you want to migrate SmartMail mailboxes to Office 365 admin user accounts. Otherwise, leave it blank to upload all Kerio files to Office 365 user account.

  • You will also get "Copy to Default Folders" option to move Kerio folders to default folders of selected Office 365 account. Unchecking this option will transfer complete Kerio data in a separate folder in Office 365 account.

  • Use item filters to select the required Kerio items that you want to migrate to Office 365 account.

  • Go to Advance Filters that offers multiple option for specified conversion i.e.
    • Date Range: User can select date range to save emails only the selected date range
    • TO, FROM Fields: Users can choose specific to and from addresses to save Kerio emails
    • Subject Filters: Users can filter the final saving by saving the emails that contains specfic words and phrases
    • Exclude Folders: Users can skip any folder for migration by provided this option.

  • After choosing necessary categories and applying required filters, click on Connect button to start the Kerio to Office 365 migration process without selecting I am Admin option.

  • As you click on Connect button, the software will start connecting to the Office 365 account.

  • Now enter password of your Office 365 account to connect with the account.

  • Once the connection is validated, the software will start importing Kerio files to Office 365 account.

  • Once the software done with the process, it will open an alert window showing Process completed successfully message. Click OK button to finsh the process.

  • Once you click the OK button, the software will automatically open log report in Notepad. You can save it in TXT file for keeping complete conversion record.
