Working Procedure
Export NSF Emails As PDF
Steps to convert Lotus Notes NSF files as PDF :
- For exporting NSF database to PDF, select PDF saving output format by clicking Export button.
- If you select PDF option as export type, then the tool will give Advance PDF Saving options, File Naming Options, and Advanced Filters. So you can choose as per your requirement.
- Click on the checkbox "File Naming Option" to save PDF files using different file naming combinations.
- Advanced PDF Options - Save all email in single PDF, and Set Page Layout Settings
- Attachments Options - Convert Attachments to PDF, Append Attachments to PDF, and Extract Attachments Separately
- Once you click on Convert button the software will start the process of NSF to PDF conversion. The export process will display every detail about the conversion such as the current file progress, item count, status, size etc.
- Once the software done with the process, it will open an alert window showing successful completion of conversion process. Click OK button to finsh the process.
- On clicking OK button, the software will enable two buttons OK and Save Report. If you want to exit the application, click OK. If you want the complete conversion progress report, hit Save Report button, which will save the detail of processing in TXT file as a record.
- Navigate to the folder location of your resultant files and click on the folder to open and access the resultant files
