Working Procedure
Export OST to PST
Steps to convert OST Mailbox files to PST :
- If you select PST option as export type, then the software will provide common option -
- Separate PST per User - Allows to create separate PST file for each OST file.
- Split PST - This option allows splitting the final PST file into smaller PST files for better management of mailboxes.
- Change Language - Use the option to perform the conversion in desired language. It includes multiple language choices such as Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian and Italy.
- Now, hit on Browse option and choose saving path to save resultant files where you want. After selecting destination location, press on Convert button to initiate the conversion procedure of OST files to PST format
- After Clicking Convert Button, the software start the conversion process and you can view live conversion during the process with File Name, File Size, Item count, Time Duration and Status.
- Once the whole conversion is finished, a pop-up window will appear showing the message like Conversion is Done. Then, press on the OK button to accomplish the process.
- After clicking on OK option, the software will highlight two options - OK and Save Report. By clicking on OK, you can complete the process and by clicking on Save Report, you can save the complete conversion report of OST files in TXT file.
