Export Outlook files as MBOX

Steps to convert Outlook PST files as MBOX :

  • For converting Outlook emails to select MBOX option .

  • Next, select the checkbox appearing next to "Date Filters" option, to save data with the particular date range.

  • Now, Utilize the Browse option to save the converted files

  • As you click on Convert button the software will start the migration process of Outlook PST mailboxes to MBOX. The export process will display every detail about the conversion such as the current file progress, item count, status, size etc.

  • Once the tool completed with the procedure, it will show an alert window showing successful completions of migration process. Click OK button to done the process.

  • After clicking on Save Report, the software will successfully create TXT file including complete migration details of PST files omn you local system. So, you can view TXT Reprot in Note Pad.
