Working Procedure
How Outlook Export Tool Works
Steps to convert Outlook PST files :
- Initially, download Outlook Export Tool and launch perfectly on your computer desktop. When, it gets launched, the screenshot will be shown as:
- Now, you will see different options are available on the software. Then, click on Add Files/Folder List option to load PST files/folders.
- There is also a Search option present on the Add PST File Screen of the tool. Hit on the same, Find PST Files window will display. Click on the Browse button to navigate to the folder where PST files are kept. After choosing the path, hit on Search to locate PST files. The option can be used to find out the required PST file which required to export.
- Now the software will show the list of searched PST file as appeared below. Then, hit on Next to continue.
- If you click on the Ok button, all its file list will show quickly on the right software pane. Just select the email, which you want to view and all its data will display in the Preview section. You can use Save Attachments option to save the attached file of the required email file.
- Now, click on the Export button and choose the desired saving option.
