Export Zimbra As EMLX

Steps to export Zimbra TGZ files as EMLX :

  • For converting Zimbra emails to EMLX format, select EMLX option from Select Export Type options. Next, click on Browse button to select Destination Folder location

  • Navigate to the location where you want to save the resultant EMLX files and click OK button.

  • The chosen destination path will show in the Destination path text box. If you want to maintain your folder structure of emails, then tick on the available Maintain Folder hierarchy option. Click Next to move to next step.

  • Click on the "File Naming Option"checkbox to save emails according to different file naming combinations.

  • Click on the "Date Filters" checkbox to select the date range to convert Zimbra emails to EMLX within specified date range. After selecting desired options, click on Export button.

  • As you click on Export button, the software will start the process of converting Zimbra emails to EMLX files. The export process will display every detail about the conversion such as the current file progress, item count, status, size etc.

  • Once the software is done with the process, it will open an alert window showing successful completion of conversion process. Click OK button to finsh the process.

  • Once you click the OK button, the software will enable two buttons OK and Save Report. If you want to exit the application, click OK. If you want the complete conversion progress report, hit Save Report button, which will save the detail of processing in CSV file as a record.

  • A new window will open showing the message of successful saving of conversion report. Click OK button to finally finish the process and exit the application.

  • Navigate to the folder location of your resultant files and click on the .csv file to open and access the conversion report

  • Navigate to the folder location of your resultant files and click on the folder to open and access the resultant files
