Working Procedure
Export Zimbra As MSG
Steps to import Zimbra TGZ files as MSG :
- To convert Zimbra emails to MSG format, select MSG option from Select Export Type options.
- From the drop down list showing under File Naming Options, choose the the required file naming option to save resultant MSG files.
- The software provides various Advanced Filters Options to convert selective data. Click on Apply Filters button to avail the same.
- As you click on Apply Filters a new window opens, showing you various filters like Date range, To, From and Subject. Click on the required filters, as per your need. You can also select the Exclude Deleted Items option, if you don't want to convert delected folders to MSG.
- Now, Navigate to the location where you want to save the resultant MSG files and click OK button. (By default, it is set as Desktop).
- Now, click on Convert button to start the Zimbra to MSG migration process.
- Once you click on Convert button the software will start the process of Zimbra to MSG conversion. The export process will display every detail about the conversion such as the current file progress, item count, status, size etc.
Once the software done with the process, it will open an alert window showing Process completed successfullymessage. Click OK button to finsh the process.
- Once you click the OK button, the software will automatically open log report in Notepad. You can save it in TXT file for keeping complete conversion record.
- Next, the output folder will also be automatically opened by the software, showing output files.
