Export Zimbra As PST

Steps to convert Zimbra TGZ files as PST :

  • For exporting Zimbra database to PST, select PST option from Select Export Type options.

  • The software shows various Zimbra items like Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks and Briefcase under the Categories section. Tick their respective checkboxes to migrate them to PST format.

  • The software also provides various Advanced Filters Options to convert selective data. Click on Apply Filters button to avail the same.

  • As you click on Apply Filters a new window opens, showing you various filters like Date range, To, From and Subject. You can also select the Exclude Deleted Items option, if you don't want to convert delected folders to PST.

  • Now, Navigate to the location where you want to save the resultant PST files and click OK button. (By default, it is set as Desktop).

  • Now, click on Convert button to start the Zimbra to PST migration process.

  • Once you click on Convert button the software will start the process of Zimbra to PST conversion. The export process will display every detail about the conversion such as the current file progress, item count, status, size etc.

  • Once the software done with the process, it will open an alert window showing Process completed successfullymessage. Click OK button to finsh the process.

  • Once you click the OK button, the software will automatically open log report in Notepad. You can save it in TXT file for keeping complete conversion record.

  • Next, the output folder will also be automatically opened by the software, showing output files.

  • Now open PST files in Outlook by clicking on File >> Open & Export >> Open Outlook Data File. Select the PST file and click OK button.

  • Open and access and view PST files in Outlook
