Import Zimbra Mailboxes to Office 365 WITHOUT SELECTING I am Admin Option

Steps to convert Zimbra TGZ files to Office 365 account (I am Admin - NOT SELECTED):

  • To import Zimbra mailboxes to individual Office 365 or Outlook.com accounts, you just need to enter your Office 365 email ID and leave the "I am Admin" option unselected.

  • Now, choose the required category from the list to import.

  • You can set filters as per your requirements. However, clicking All Items will help in importing all Zimbra mailboxes to Office 365 at once.

  • If you click on Apply Filters and then select Apply Filters button, the following options will appear that you can set as per need and carry out selective migration of Zimbra mailboxes.

  • Now, hit Connect button and proceed with the migration process.

  • The tool will open Microsoft login screen and will show the specified ID of Office 365 account on the same. Click on it.

  • Specify the password of Office 365 account and click Sign in button.

  • The process will start and immediately migrate all Zimbra mailboxes into specified single user account of Office 365. And end with a notification message i.e. "Process Completed Successfully".

  • Once you click the OK button, the software will automatically open log report in Notepad. You can save it in TXT file for keeping complete conversion record.

  • Finally, view all the uploaded TGZ data in Office 365 Account
